Computers: Emulators: Amiga

[ history ]

Overview

The Amiga is one of the more complex machines to emulate, even given the processing power of modern machines, since the majority of software was not compliant with the in-built operating system, preferring to communicate with the hardware directly to boost performance.

Emulation currently allows around 85% of all Amiga software to run on other platforms.
