Trademark

A word, name, phrase, device, slogan, design, symbol, or combination used to distinctly identify the owner relative to others in the marketplace. These May be registered with governments for Protection against infringement. In some circumstances a sound, color combination, smell, or hologram can be trademarked. TM is the tradmark symbol.
